So everyone is dancing and carrying on and having a good ole time at Piper and Tyler’s reception when this guy/cat dances right into the party! (See picture directly below.)

It was awesome! From the moment he arrived, the wildcat was groovin’ to Usher and Black Eyed Peas (wedding favs) and posing with people. It was hilarious. Look how tall he is, I think about 9 feet. His height does not make him less lovable. In fact, it makes him more so.

Then he kissed Piper’s mom! He got her good too!

That joker.
Thanks Wildcat! I wish you had been at my reception. Or at least the Asbury Eagle. I bet the Cat and Eagle would make wonderful dancing partners.

I have almost made it through my quadruple-wedding weekend. Three weddings and a rehearsal dinner down, one wedding to go! Yay for Melissa and Chaz! Thankfully, I have made it through the weddings with enough energy, due to my assistants and lots of Gatorade and almonds. Every wedding this past weekend has been so amazing. I love my couples! We have seen everything from cotton candy stations to beautiful first kisses to dads getting down on the dance floor! They are fun but I am ready for a break. My plan is to keep working hard and fast til Sunday the 22nd when I leave for Colorado to get my Gabe. Then I will have a lovely cross country adventure!
Here are a few of Piper and Tyler’s pictures from last weekend. This post is the first of three. I’m starting with the wedding party. These pictures are hilarious, which is why I am posting so many. I was laughing as I was editing and watching 24, quite the combo.
Enjoy! Piper and Tyler: You all are fabulous! Thanks for a wonderful day! Happy firsts days of marriage!

Tyler kept getting progressively animated and I love it!

Check it out! For some reason, this vogue face is killing me!

Piper has the greatest expressions. She is so beautiful!
Stay tuned for post numbers 2 and 3 this week!
Katrina and Ricardo were the winners of an MLP shoot at last months Kentucky Bride Bridal Show. Sadly, Gabe and I will not be around to shoot their wedding in October (Gabe is in a wedding! Oh, weddings!) but it was lovely to at least spend a little time with this wonderful couple! Enjoy! I hope that your weekend will be merry and bright. Yes, that is a Christmas term but I feel it can be applicable to all times of year. It will guaranteed be bright because all this heat and sun!

The two above are tied for my favorites!

I really like this one! Bring it, serious look!

It has been a crazy blogging week! Summer must really be in full swing! Tomorrow begins this crazy four weddings in five days journey that either makes me incredibly crazy or blessed, quite possibly both. But I am excited! Each couple is so wonderful and unique and I am privileged to be a part of their big days (shout out to Rachel and Matt, Amy and Ryan, Haley and Jason, Melissa and Chaz). I have some wonderful assistants lined up, including faithful Nan, a student of mine from yesteryear and a new friend! Wahoo!
Below are our friends, Chris and Amy. Chris contacted me about doing some photos for his and Amy’s new design business website. I’ll let him unveil their profile pictures on their website in a couple weeks. But here are few I snapped of them together! So cute! Chris is also “Chris” of the Chris and Gabe Show. Gabe and I have so much fun recording the podcast with these two!

Their pensive side..
Their REALLY happy side…
Good day! Casey and Greg are very fun couple (kudos to Casey for hiking around downtown in those awesome high heels) and I am looking forward to their October wedding. I cannot believe that summer is winding down. But I am exciting for fall! Yay for wearing boots with dresses and delightfully cool temperatures at weddings. Here a few of my summer highlights:
1. Getting married! (pretty much takes the cake)
2. San Diego Zoo
3. Weekly lunches with my sister and nephews
4. Crazy colorful sunsets at 9pm
5. Gabe’s morning coffee
6. UK Wildcat at last week’s reception (you know what I mean Mom, and thanks Piper and Tyler!)
